Updated 6/17/25 - A representative reached out to me in regard to the review that I had previously written. The representative was apologetic about the situation and offered to do an even swap for the yellow gold bracelet that i originally ordered or a $100 credit to my bank account. I ordered a birthstone/gemstone bracelet for my wife for Mother’s Day. The bracelet was supposed to be yellow gold but instead it was “white gold”. There’s no way that I can personally confirm this… it looks silver to me, but I may take it to a jeweler to find out for sure.
