I was so disappointed with my visit here.Very unprofessional staff.First, I give my license to Jackie at the front desk.She returned it by sitting it on the desk. I should’ve left then but I really needed to be seen.Then I go to the back and explain what happened at the front desk to Ethan Everliff. I asked him if that was acceptable?He says No it isn’t,then he starts to refer to me as man.Like he wasn’t at work. I asked him to reverse my copay charge and cancel the claim against my insurance and I would need that in writing... read more
