Go elsewhere! These people are FIRED! I have never even been here. My Doctor sent over a refer to this place and I was So not impressed based on my experience and unprofessional conversation with Tiffany, she was the worst customer service experience and she should be Fired, going elsewhere.

Very disappointed I was hoping to see a Dr but they dont see other patient who have exciting GI Dr cause they can't come get a new gi Dr they think we are getting a secong opinion when you are wanting a doctor to know what they can do get your problem fix for you but they have to go bye the rules they have i was hoping they would help but there rating must be wrong so sad

Good luck if you want to contact someone. We have a procedure coming up and need the prep instructions. There is no way to actually speak to someone, no email, no chat. You can only leave messages. I have left several in the past few days with no return calls, no one answers the phone, no insurance approval, nothing. Next step will be to drive to the office and ask for the instructions in person.

🥴🫠 they make it incredibly difficult to make sure insurance and everything is straight for procedures. Procedure in less than 2 weeks and they haven’t even sent prior auths and probably never would have if I didn’t take the initiative to call and try to find out what my out of pocket was and then called the insurance myself when they were just trying to tell me it wasn’t covered when I know for sure it is.
