Signed in at 9:54. 3 other people in the lobby. Didn’t get called back for 35 mins then took them another 35 mins to find the form to sign. Didn’t leave until after 11a for a simple Urine test. Had me write my email address on the back of the form they couldn’t find so they could email me my receipt. I've known the owner Gary for a while now and he is genuinely one of the most dependable people I've come across. That says a lot in an industry where most providers feel impersonal and cookie cutter. AZC Drug Testing handles drug testing, consortium services, and fingerprinting, and they do all of it really well. What impressed me most is how dialed in the infrastructure is. they should have signage on the outside of the door saying that they don’t accept customers 30 minutes before they close! HUGE Inconvenience! And super rude lady and gentleman in the back that saw me come in at 4:37 PM and chose not to say anything to me or even tell me. After waiting 10 minutes I finally yelled to the back to finally ask them only for them to point to a small clipboard that says they closed 30 minutes before 5pm.
Was the best experience been in this drug screening clinic in Chandler. Anthony is so professional and educated. I would be back all the time.
