This quiet Mediterranean cafe, a half mile north of downtown Spokane's hustle and bustle, is a welcome change of pace. Artful Middle Eastern embellishments, music and aromatic smells blend into a festive and warmhearted atmosphere. Savory curry chicken, sheekh kabab, and vegetarian dishes are sure to satisfy, but save room for the baklava.

I love the pistachio baklava! I'm allergic to walnuts so imagine what a treat it is to eat this delicious dessert and not worry about my allergy. The gyro with tzatziki is delicious and the chicken is fantastic, too.
I recently came back from Germany and I have eaten at multiple Greek restaurants while there. Azars humus is delicious, the bread is perfect but the gyros meat quality is like ordering a McChicken from McDonalds. The texture isn't meat. It's almost like it's a cooked meat paste. If I ever do go back I will not order the Gyros meat again.
I just love the food! Always delicious!
