I ordered a bouquet for Valentine’s Day, but what I received looked nothing like the photos — completely different flowers and design. If substitutions were needed, they should have communicated with me first instead of sending something totally unrelated. The bouquet wasn’t cheap, and the whole experience was extremely disappointing and ruined what was supposed to be a special day. Don't be cheated online! 😡😡
