The service is always exceptional. I purchased my engagement ring from Azaro Jewellers and couldn’t be happier. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the knowledge, care, and professionalism from Az and the team made the entire experience truly special. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for such an important piece.
Went in today to look at wedding bands and had a poor experience. The woman behind the counter was rude and made an insulting comment about the jeweller who created my fiancée’s engagement ring, which I found unprofessional and unnecessary. Although custom wedding band services were offered, the interaction left me with no confidence in engaging further with the business. I would strongly encourage management to address how staff communicate with customers, especially when discussing such personal purchases.
Had my ring altered slightly and they did such an amazing job! They knew exactly what I wanted and talked me through it all before going ahead
