⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Kevin R. Pelio regarding a retail space at K Plaza in Metuchen. Last year I contacted the brokerage and was shown a ground-level space quoted around $20,000/month, which was far outside my budget. At that time, I was told the smaller space I originally inquired about was already taken. Recently I noticed the “For Lease” sign is still posted, so I stopped by the property again. Negligent, cheap and irresponsible "managers", if you can even call them that. This once beautiful property now looks like a garbage dump & the owner's entrance to parking is full of pidgeons & pidgeon excrement. The dumpsters are always overflowing & smell disgusting. These are horrible people!
Warning to Real Estate Agents: Avoid This Company If you’re a real estate agent, do not engage with this company. They have failed to pay our commission, which is now several months overdue. Despite repeated assurances from Donna and Kim that payment would be handled, they have since gone completely dark—no responses, no updates, nothing. This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. Protect yourself and your business—steer clear.
