Azar and his team really came through for us in a pinch! I called him needing a very large, over the top, custom arrangement today, and he exceeded our expectations with the design and size. This was a very special and very important floral arrangement, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. He even added dyed blue roses which really looked incredible! All in less than 2 hours, with a great price. They even helped us get it in the car and safe to transport. Amazing!!
I had the most excellent customer service (Human interaction) on July 26, 2025 with Tony At Azar Florist On Westheimer in Houston Texas. I needed a flower arrangement for the next morning by 11 AM. However, because I live in California, I forgot the time difference and didn’t make the phone call to Azar Until after their closing time. I asked for a bouquet of flowers with two balloons which pays $175.37 , deliver them July 2nd . The arrangement is fine , but they weren 't fresh flowers , the petals started to fall , the balunes had to say happy birthday and the balloons were with nothing , if they had lost they would have written it with a marker . I don 't recommend them , at least I would never use them .
The standing floral spray was of exceptional quality. I truly appreciated receiving a photo of the arrangement along with a timely delivery confirmation. The ability to place an order entirely online through such an efficient website made the process incredibly convenient. Thank You!
Scheduled Same-Day Delivery, and it arrived at a decent time! However, for the price of this arrangement, I was a bit disappointed with what the recipient received. One of the flowers was already wilting, as shown in the photo. Overall, the service was good, but I expected better quality for the cost.
