BRUTAL!!!!! THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO CLEAN DOG URINE OFF THE RUGS.. WE HAD 2 RUGS THAT THEY APPARENTLY CLEANED 3 TIMES AND NOTHING DIFFERENT THEN WHEN WE SENT THEM IN, EXCEPT A $600 BILL!!!! GO ELSEWHERE TO GET YOUR ORIENTALS CLEANED!!!!
