I had a very negative experience on my visit, on Friday, June 27, 2025. Front desk clerk used a dismissive voice when speaking to me and gathering/ updating my insurance information " Sometimes I have to get it out of them ." Afterwards telling me to " Have a seat" Once I was called to the back, I was asked if I had been informed, by the clerk , that Dr. Hall would be late, and not able to meet by original 11:30 appt. Dr. F. Hall is an exceptionally pleasant and compassionate doctor who truly respects his patients. He takes the time to listen attentively to their concerns.
Dr. Hall is very knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. I am very pleased with my EPI-Lasik results and would HIGHLY recommend him and his office to everyone. He was extremely patient with this patient!! Thank you Dr. Hall for the best experience!
