This appraiser was used for our new construction home and he did a horrible job!!! Did not give us credit for an extra bedroom nor a half bath.. The home was a very high quality build and he did not give appropriate value to the many energy efficient items used. Do not use this appraiser!! Not worth the paper it was printed on!!!
