Terrible customer Service. Laura owner is a complete joke. Should you have any questions about your bill/statement you will be told that can’t be discussed or may be given the runaround. Laura doesn’t need to be owning any type of business like this… she is definitely not friendly or welcoming . The therapist Ryann was perfectly fine but who she works for doesn’t care about the client at all. She just lost her therapist a client. All because she didn’t want to answer general questions. Great help, the therapist I worked with was a huge improvement on my mindset.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely unprofessional and unwelcoming. I would 100% NOT recommend this office and keep looking for a place that welcomes you and makes you feel safe to be able to open up and get the help you are looking for.
Been with my therapist since before covid. I've grown a lot and really appreciate the care I recieve here. I am a trans man who struggles with PTSD and neurodivergence. I have recieved wonderful care through Azalea.
