Stepped in their office to make an appt. after 5 full minutes of standing at the glass, I was not greeted or spoken to. The girl looked at me twice, but never opened the glass window. After 5 minutes of complete rudeness, I left!!! The least they could have done is greeted me and told me they would be with me in a minute. I guess I have to keep driving to Raleigh for a good dermatologist.

I called the office and recieved a different story, that they just do not make ap... read more

After examining me, I see Dr. Ketcham ,along with Cathy, and she tells him what I need. Then he leaves after 5 minutes! I felt... read more

Wait time/pysician assuming/no show fee – I went to Azalea Skin Treatment. I had a spot biopsied. Was told by nurse practitioner that it was nothing. Came back basal cell. Never take their opinion if you really suspect something is going on. I felt like they left me in the dark about the surgery as far as what to expect. Suppose they do it everyday and thinks everyone else does to. I was very pleased with the results of my surgery. Do not like their no show policy fee. It would be OK if they would consider your time as well.... read more
