Don Himebaugh is easily the rudest human I've ever had to interact with. I rented a home located at 1101 Willoughby Lane in MP from him. This home had multiple issues early on such as plumbing problems (running toilets, bad valves, bad garbage disposal), leaking roof that leaked into my children's room, rotten wood & loose boards on the main steps leading to the front door and A/C issues. Horrible experience. I rented the 1328 Hamlin Park townhouse this past summer. Problems started right away. The property manager, Don Himebaugh told my agent the carpets would be changed and the walls painted. After a 9 hour drive we moved in a townhouse that smelled dog urine (with urine stains all over the carpet) , had a dirty kitchen, dirty bathrooms, missing lightbulbs all over (not a single working one in the fridge, out of 3!), missing fan with hanging wires in one of the bedrooms, smelly garage with dog feces stains ... read more

Worst experience with any business that I've ever had. Don, the owner, has made THREE appointments in the last TWO days to do a "walk through" of the house we are renting. He did not show up three times in a row. When there are young children in the house doing school work, and a protective dog in the house, you want to remove them when a stranger will be "inspecting" the entire house.
