Josh with Azalea pools came out the first week of the year to give us an estimate on some pool renovations. A week later I had not heard anything so I reached out and he said an estimate had been sent the week before. I asked him to send it again, as we had not received it. This is now February 21st. That is not the way to do business.

I’ve been holding on to this review for about a year now. Constructing a gunite pool takes time to plan, coordinate, build, and learn to maintain. Every project also has its own set of challenges and I wanted to make sure I provided enough time to work through them. Our project kicked off around August of 2023 and completed at the end of November 2023. My family and I could not be happier with the great job Azalea Pools did for us. Project took less than 6 weeks from start to finish. Communication was great, the cost was very reasonable and the entire crew are true professionals from top to bottom. I recommend them to anyone and would give them 10 stars if I could.

I contacted Azalea Pools to replace my liner. They sent Josh out to give me an estimate. I decided to go with them. Josh ordered my liner and came out to install it in January. I asked if it was too cold to install it , he said no. well obviously it was. there are wrinkles everywhere and it is so loose every time I vacuum the vac sticks to the bottom pulling up the liner. absolutely horrible. do not use this company
