My daughter moved in this apartment dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal don't work, kitchen sink leaks when turned on, bathroom faucet leaks at the bottom can't use to much water on floor, tub has a constant drip makes a yellow stain in tub cause of the drip, the ceiling was half way painted, roaches, holes in wall, no smoke detectors, refrigerator top glass shelve was broken and all taped up this could be a nice apartment if they would make the proper repairs she's been in there 2 months nothing fixed yet always says th... read more
Lived here for three years. Probably the nicest apartments in town. But the manager is a joke. They never send maintenance to repair things. I lived in a two bedroom apartment and during the dead of summer I would get home from work and the temperature would be 75 degrees in my apartment. I went 6 months with a broken dishwasher; probably would have been longer but I moved out before they even came see about it. My kitchen sink leaked from the day I moved in. Lived there from 2007-2011. Noisiest place I had ever lived. Flooded from next door neighbor. Awful but options are limited in small town.
Ant infested, property manager is a pathological liar who kept my deposit.
