Unless you like having things constantly need fixing, don’t move here! Upon moving in (August 2021), my apartment WASN’T CLEANED. Due to personal reasons, I was not able to postpone my move in so I had to clean the place myself. My first month of moving in, my refrigerator went out completely. They told me that a refrigerator wasn’t an emergency and they’ll pretty much get to it when they can. It took them about a week to replace it. Great space and lots of room!! It's in a very convenient location and it's close to Duke campus and hospital! My son's high school is about 5 mins down the street and the neighbors are very friendly. Office management is great and always available friendly!! They are starting to renovate the outside which is great cause the property has a lot.of character and charm. My apartment has an added car port so I never have to worry about parking!!! I love it here and My Boys love it here!!!
My boys and I moved in a little over a month ago!!! Mrs.Debra got us moved in within a week because.we really needed to move quickly. She made sure that the place was clean and safe. The application process was quick and fast! We love it here it. It's quiet, clean, close to public transportation and close to the grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping centers.
