Came here as I live in the neighborhood and wanted to try this salon since it's super close to my house. Booked a mani and pedi with regular polish for 12 noon. I had booked a haircut appointment at 130pm in the same parking lot. An hour and half should have been loads of time to complete the service. I arrived at 1150am. There were 2 girls working on clients. Edit - they invited me back and made it right . I do appreciate that so very much . My granddaughter continues to go because they do an amazing job on her nails . I think it just depends who you get . Still upset about the tip situation This wil be a long one . We went in yesterday as a group of 5 , all getting different things done . They made some of us wait for a very long time while my pedicure turned out horrible.
