This company has been the absolute worst limousine service we’ve ever dealt with. We had two children marry, and we rented party buses from companies in Charlotte. The company we used in Charlotte was honorable and noble in their business practices, unlike AZALEA LIMOUSINE SERVICE. With our daughter’s wedding scheduled for October in Wilmington and the venue cancelling all events due to COVID-19, we informed Azalea limousine company 90 days in advance of our unfortunate dilemma. We paid a 50% deposit for a Trolley for my sons May wedding which we had to cancel due to Covid-19...I sent an email last night to cancel a month out from the date...and was told not only are they not returning my $375 deposit but I also owe the balance!! I do not at all recommend a business that would do this!

The perfect way to end the night of our vintage, romantic styled wedding. We rented the 1965 Cadillac Limo and we were drooling over it! The driver was very sweet and professional; he greeted us with champagne, opened the doors for us, and carried our bags. We were very impressed.
Highly recommend!!! Beautiful fleet. We had two different limo buses that were immaculate. Drivers were professional and on time for every single time we needed them throughout the day. Very impressed and would use again a million times! Also affordable!
