Absolutely terrible experience for an office you have to pay out of pocket for. 1. Staff NEVER answer the phone. I have called over 50 times and 9/10 nobody picks up. And when they do pick up, nobody has any clue what’s going on, and transfers you to different departments. I have called Monday, tuesday, wednesday anytime of the week and not a single person answers from any department. 2. They take forever to send out your medication. What should take a maximum of two weeks has taken nearly 2 months. This place is a shitshow.... read more
It is an ok place for your care needs
Tried to come here twice, both times i had an appointment made days in advance, I was so sick my lungs had been infected and i needed immediate treatment, When i arrived they said they had no room for me even though i had an appointment because i was new, i made another one for the day after even though i could hardly breath. Dr. Jonathan Lopez is an amazing doctor, he's addressed every concern I've had and has gone above and beyond any doctor I've been to. The staff is sweet and always remembers me.
