TERRIBLE place to visit. For those who work in the health care industry, you would figure they have some kind of care for their patients. Not one bit. Choose a different profession please. My mother went in with an emergency that needed to be addressed quickly. They "referred' her to a place where they did not take her insurance. Every day that passed, the conditioned worsened. Went to get a rx for a non controlled medication for nausea for my migraines. Beatrice the younger Looking NP was so rude and immediately states she "doesn't precribe that". After hearing my concerns she writes the script but during the visit she kept talking over me, inserting assumptions and being very egoistical and rude all with another NP with us she was "training " it was almost like she was treating me like a drug seeker. I am always take in within 15 minutes of my appointment. The staff is great. DR Lopez explains everything to me. Always thorough and honest about my health.

Absolutely terrible experience for an office you have to pay out of pocket for. 1. Staff NEVER answer the phone. I have called over 50 times and 9/10 nobody picks up. And when they do pick up, nobody has any clue what’s going on, and transfers you to different departments. I have called Monday, tuesday, wednesday anytime of the week and not a single person answers from any department. 2. They take forever to send out your medication. What should take a maximum of two weeks has taken nearly 2 months. This place is a shitshow.... read more
