This place is sucks it ridiculous we have been here for 2 hours with these people outside the room doing absolutely nothing!!!
I have been trying to get my prescription refilled for almost 2 weeks now no one answers the phone. They encourage you to use the portal, but don’t respond through the portal when I’m trying to refill my medication. I have called multiple times tried to refill through the portal. I have been miserable and in pain and having to use over-the-counter medication if you can go somewhere else, I would recommend doing that.
When graham was there it was decent but that dr is a joke . Waste of 2 hrs of my life . Tried to go back for a 2nd time to see if it was an off day and nope same . Will not be returning . It’s a shame this place has really went down hill Sad the emergency room helped me over the weekend more than this place ever will. Was told how can I help you if you can’t take this drug that will help you. The er found one to work with me . Why was it that hard for this Dr ? 🤦♀️
One star is still to many for this place. Single-handedly the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office, I will never go back there. they didn't even look into the reason why I came and after that experience nor would I want them to after the way I was treated. I just want them to know that in fact did not have COVID. I took one of their four tests they gave me and I'm going to be inserting the picture down below so they can see it and they can relax knowing they weren't exposed to it while I was there. The only asset to your company are the up front desk ladies. You better be thankful they haven't booked it out the door yet. I had the unpleasureness of having Dr. Joseph and unfortunately I cannot understand her, we had a communication issue and she couldn't understand my medical concerns so I had to find another PCP. Goodbye Aza, you were right down the road from me too. *sigh*
