Have called Aza at least 10 times for BLOOD PRESSURE medicine reillls. Left messages, no response. Finally got the nurse (who is wonderful and caring) and she said the paperwork was on the doctor's desk. Here I am, a month later, with no meds. My BP went from 124/74 to 170/94. I have an appointment in September but afraid I am going to stroke out.
I have only been here physically once, and saw Dr. Joseph. Needed a script refill, and was informed Dr. Joseph is no longer w/ them and said I'd need to see a new Dr. They tried to get me in ASAP since I was running low on my meds (my fault) but I said I'd have to get back w/ them due to schedule conflicts. They called me like, two minutes later to let me know someone cancelled and asked if I'd like a Telehealth visit. Great treated respectfully and all of the staff are really caring and informative Hastings office
This place is sucks it ridiculous we have been here for 2 hours with these people outside the room doing absolutely nothing!!!
