I've been a patient there for years and I love it. Very friendly staff. My son goes there now as well and I like his doctor at Aza health much better than his old pediatrician. Absolutely no complaints. If you don't have insurance they will work with you. If you are sick or need treatment but can't immediately pay, they will not turn you away. I highly recommend this as primary care for your whole family.
Have called Aza at least 10 times for BLOOD PRESSURE medicine reillls. Left messages, no response. Finally got the nurse (who is wonderful and caring) and she said the paperwork was on the doctor's desk. Here I am, a month later, with no meds. My BP went from 124/74 to 170/94. I have an appointment in September but afraid I am going to stroke out.
I have only been here physically once, and saw Dr. Joseph. Needed a script refill, and was informed Dr. Joseph is no longer w/ them and said I'd need to see a new Dr. They tried to get me in ASAP since I was running low on my meds (my fault) but I said I'd have to get back w/ them due to schedule conflicts. They called me like, two minutes later to let me know someone cancelled and asked if I'd like a Telehealth visit.
