went to welaka aza health yesterday. pain behind the knee bend n entire right leg swollen. lidia lopez said i was wearing the wrong kind of socks 😕. blew me off on all my medical complaints. insisted i got knee high socks. SMH 😞 wish a better doctor would take her place.
They say they offer a sliding scale price for low income people but that is a lie. They only help high income people. Halifax hospital emergency room referred me to them and I spent a week calling them trying to talk to a real person. Unless you have a good income with insurance they won't even call you back. My friend had to tell me about them. He said they do not help low income people at all and they will refuse to treat any low income people. They falsify medical records, the doctor will abandon you during a pandemic after being a patient for 20 years, I have taken over a 150 drug tests with them and of passed every one because I do not use drugs and now during a pandemic they claim I tested positive for THC when I do not smoke . Their corporate protocol is an immediate re test due to false positives and they never retested me, just abandoned me as a patient And then when you call corporate to file a formal complaint they don't even do that, And when you ask why ... read more

I don't recommend for anyone to go there! The people at check in are absolutey rude! They walk around like they don't have sick patients waiting to see a dr, in pain or whatever the case may be! I have made an appt every time I go there and I STILL WAIT TWO HOURS TO EVEN BE SEEN!!!! IT'S CRAZINESS!!!!! If you are sick, dying, or have things to do, go somewhere else bc you will be there all day long!
This place had THE WORST employees and doctors. I will never use Azalea health ever again.
dr statum is the rudest dr I believe I've ever met. she has no business being in the pediatric field.
