I was a well established patient and had serious concerns and kept calling the office every week ( 3 weeks straight) speaking to the RN and relaying my symptoms. The RN kept telling me it was 'typical perimenopause". I finally called and requested to be seen in person . Initially staff set me up an appt, but then called me back and told me they were going to go straight to ultrasound with me to see what the issues were. WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE. When I first wenT to see Dr. Daily for a well visit I really liked her. However, I received a bill for what should have been a well visit, but was coded outside of this. When I called to speak with the office manager, he was incredible rude. He compared me to getting an "oil change" and told me Dr. Daily would not speak to me of this or be told about it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

This is a very money hungry group of providers. They wanted to do a procedure on my daughter that was not only expensive and painful but also not necessary. We were smart enough to get a second opinion. We were told that this procedure was not only unnecessary but not inline with the recommendations of the American Academy of Gynecology. My daughter called within the 24 hour policy to cancel her procedure but they still charged her a $50 no show fee because someone failed to record the fact that she called.
