My dad, Ed Evans just “graduated” as he called it from Azalea Gardens rehab center. The staff, hospital and physical therapy group were wonderful!! His results were truly amazing! Thank you so much!!
Was there recently and it was a very nice facility. Keith, the nurse who assisted us with my grandmother, was very helpful and caring. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Would recommend Azalea Gardens!
