Do NOT I repeat DO NOT rent from Azalea Gardens! my friend and I were trying to move in to one of the older 2 bedroom places. we went with them because my friend was already renting from them so it would be an easy move for her. We asked to see the apartment before signing anything and they refused, but we trusted them (our mistake) so signed the contract and went over to look at the apartment. I also rented an apt there thought the apt was great but the manager Moncia was very rude she also complain about me even when I went up the stairs she said I was to loud. She sent messages to me that where un called for. If I was the owner of the apt complex I would get a new Manager than maybe people would stay longer.
I loved living in McKinleyville; it was quiet and homey. However, I didnt like having to deal with the people from Azalea Garden Apartments. Monica was so quick to judge and complain about everything. She even had the resident manager keep an eye on me and whoever I had over to visit. She was so rude! I moved out after living there for nine months, and I just got my deposit back. And guess what? I got charged for things that were in the same condition they were in when I moved in!
