Dr Langford was pleasant to talk to. He very informative and explained what the treatment was and answered my questions so I could understand what was going to happen.
I got an appointment much faster than I expected, so I anticipated a long wait. Instead I was taken right back! Dr Langford answered all of my questions. I knew what treatment options I have, and what would happen next. It was impressive and I feel like I am in good hands.
He listens and tries to understand what pain you’re experiencing. Very explanatory and kind.
