Lived here 3 years. Never had any issues. Just moved out and it was really smooth. Bailie at the front office is the best. If you're thinking of moving here, you can't go wrong.
I had a very bizarre encounter with two very unprofessional office workers while helping an elderly woman unload a haul. I was parked on the sidewalk outside of the unit for ease of loading heavy fragile furniture. The blonde woman became extremely agitated and it appeared as if she was having a severe mental health care crisis and began to rapid cycle and demanded that I move it "Now!" or that she would "move it herself." Lovely complex that makes you feel a sense of community. The appliances are extremely high quality and the facilities and staff are top tier!
Azalea Bay has been a great place to live. From the amazing amenities to the kind staff, it truly stands out! Also, the move in process was so easy and the staff made the process a breeze.
Azalea bay apartment is our first home place in the United State. We moved here 2 years ago. The apartment is spacious and clean. Also the pool is really really great. My kid really enjoys swimming at the pool. The staff is also so great and quick to respond to any request. Even in the weekend, the staff is coming in 10 min after requesting any issues.
