Dr is great. Unfortunately they said I was more than thirty minutes late to my appointment and made me reschedule on a friday yet I waited ten minutes for someone to show up to the front desk because no one was there. My previous visit, I sat in room for over an hour after they took my blood pressure. So their time is more important than yours. I should have walked out and made them reschedule. Like I said great Dr. Unfortunately the office not so much. Access health should be called No access health.
I want to warn others about Dr. Zariani’s lack of professionalism. My 95-year old mother was under her care, and the neglect was staggering. Despite obvious mental decline, Dr. Zariani refused to perform a folle up mini-mental test after the one done a year previously. When we pursued guardianship through court, she questioned my wife about having any financial interests and up front asked if my mom was wealthy for us to start a legal process, as if that was any of her business. Great doctor and clinic. Well ran. It is easy to get an appointment and the staff is friendly. Dr. Azadeh Ziarani is thorough and knowledgeable. She's kind and patient with this old man. She acted quickly when I needed to see a GI specialist. They got me an appointment the very next day which I truly appreciated. It's rare to find such a compassionate and responsive group of people these days. I am well taken care of and I highly recommend Dr. Ziarani to anyone looking for a primary doctor.
I’ve never felt more comfortable in a doctor's office than Dr. Ziarani's. The staff is great and I want to give a heart felt thanks to Dr. Ziarani. Thanks! And thanks to all for making me feel so comfortable.
