I had a great experience from the front desk through treatment and follow up. Dr. Fox was great at explaining and addressing my concerns. The PA was great she explained how to care for my skin and I was extremely please with the results. I would definitely recommend this team of professionals!
Just want to commend Stephanie who was nothing but helpful and very informative. She is not only phenomenal but is highly intelligent and can make a patient feel very comfortable. Highly recommend coming here!!!
Wife went in for a review by the PA. She asked for the cost of service and they said insurance would cover the service and never told her to cost. Month later insurance did not cover and Advanced sent her a bill for $278. Had my wife known the cost she might have reconsidered the service. They need to do better at inform clients and not just perform the service without quoting clients. This is horrible on their end.
