I called 2 months ago to schedule a new patient appointment for my 5 yr old. They told me they had him scheduled for March 30th at 11:30. I took off work and checked him out of school made it there early. Signed in, only to be called to the window after 35 minutes of waiting and told they don't have him on their schedule. They then told me they put him on the schedule for April 30th same time. Tonight, just about 5:00 I get a call they are rescheduling his appointment that would have finally been tomorrow until 2 months out ... read more
Never told me I couldn’t go back for the appointment with my 7 year old with special needs. Not in onboarding documentation, not stated during phone call appointment. Awesome to drive hour and a half to find out when you get there. Terrible policy, avoid like the black plague.
This place is seriously the worst. You can never get ahold of anyone and they're always cancelling the appointments last minute that you've had scheduled months in advance. One star is too many. If I could give them zero stars that's what they would get.
My kid goes to this dental office. She’s been calling for weeks to get in here. They don’t answer the phone. I left a message for them to call back ever since Monday. Still haven’t heard back from . They don’t close until 7 o’clock in the evening, but they don’t answer the phone at all. I know there’s more than one person at that desk and if there ain’t she needs to learn how to multitask. even the receptionist on the medical side, tried to help me get the Dental side to answer the phone and they still wouldn’t answer the ph... read more
They never answer the phone. And the intake process makes no sense. One day they only take kids. The next only adults. The following only kids with adults with Medicaid
