Dr usmani is very nice and caring I really like his professional manners very respectful and his staff is very caring...
Excellent doctor. She listens and she is very personable. I generally shy away from doctors, because I've had too many that think M.D. spells "god." Dr. Vastey knows that I try to take care of the problems myself and only go to doctors when I run out of options. She gently reminds me that it's been 4 years since my last physical and the entire time I'm in the room with her I think, "I really should come to see her more often." When I see Dr. Vastey, I know I'm going to get the best care anywhere.
My BP shoots up just walking in the door. Very slow paced, slow to respond. Have to plan for minimum of 2 hours of your time for an appt. When Dr's nurse finally returns my call she doesn't even answer the question. I just wanted them to address the issue I was there for and get me out of there. They dragged the appt on forever going in and out of the room. Very disappointed. Expected better.
It started out great. The Dr was nice and said how much she cared. My doctors sent all my records from PA. So now it's time for a couple prescriptions. They can't even fill Lunesta. I have spent the last three days calling pharmacist and sitting in Azalea Health Care with NO results and NO Medicine
I've never had any serious issues with AHC until yesterday. I had a "nurse practitioner" who gave me my worse experience. I will not name her as I'm in pursuit of avenues to bring disciplinary and/or malpractice charges against her. It may be fruitless, but I'm going to try my hardest so that no one else is subjected to her rude, disrespectful egotistic & extortive ways. I hope God gives me the grace to handle this properly.
