Kelsey and the rest of the staff are incredible and have helped me officially heal from a year long cronic wound that resulted from several failed Pilonidal surgeries. They are very thorough and were able to heal me using a variety of techniques throughout the process such as wound vac therapy, and collagen therapy. If it wasn’t for them I don’t know what I would have done. They have helped give me my life back!
I can't express my satisfaction enough with AZ Wound & Hyperbaric Medicine. Everyone has been so friendly it makes it less painful when having to deal with wound care. Also, the staff is so knowledgeable that because of the nurse practitioners I FINALLY have insight as to why I continue to need wound care. Without their knowledge base I would probably still struggle with issues. Everything about the staff has been top tier and I can't thank them enough for all their help with getting me healthy again!
Even with an appointment you will wait FOREVER!!! TERRIBLE customer service!
