I can't express my satisfaction enough with AZ Wound & Hyperbaric Medicine. Everyone has been so friendly it makes it less painful when having to deal with wound care. Also, the staff is so knowledgeable that because of the nurse practitioners I FINALLY have insight as to why I continue to need wound care. Without their knowledge base I would probably still struggle with issues. Everything about the staff has been top tier and I can't thank them enough for all their help with getting me healthy again!
Yep, absolutely don't bother calling this place or coming here! Long long Waits well after your appointment time, and then if you have questions and call them they do not call you back.. this is my experience I am canceling my appointment and rescheduling with a different wound clinic, very unprofessional from the get-go.. the lady that answers the phone is a joke all the way through the wound doctors! If you value your health you will not consider going here! And watch, they will post a response with some BS excuse.. they h... read more
Even with an appointment you will wait FOREVER!!! TERRIBLE customer service!
AZ wound care saved my leg after my orthopedic and plastic surgeons wanted to amputate. Dr. Dhilon and the whole staff are amazing!! I’m so thankful for what they accomplished!! I highly recommend them if you are dealing with a troublesome infection or wound!!! I would post pictures of it before and after, but it would ruin your meal for sure!
