BUYERS BEWARE Called AZ Valley Windows to let them know I had a cracked window frame on one of their windows. The receptionist was rude. Next morning Dan called and immediately started bullying/ insulting tactic. When that didn’t work he switched to guilt trip tactic that didn’t work. At that point I had caught him in a bold face lie. When I confronted him with it he said” it your responsibility to call manufacturer and get replacement window”.
