Roger and his son were out to our house on 4/12/2018 to clean the inside and outside windows. After they left we noticed the majority of our windows had deep scratches on the inside tint. I called Roger to inform him of the issue. After asking that he come take a look at the damage, Roger got indignant and promptly hung up the phone. After I called Roger back, he informed me "I'm a fly by night window cleaner, what do you want from me", and hung up again. Left screens unattached, two fell out and one got damaged. Windows with streaks. Owner's son agreed to return and redo the windows. Never showed up (2 no shows) and won't return calls or emails despite numerous messages to the business.
