I have just received a responce from these people... I was there in FEBRUARY of this year and you guys are not honest about this and are trying to not take responsibility for your neglect about being professional which you are NOT. Shannon and her Assistant Eileen did and outstanding job of preparing our Family Trust. We were on a tight timeline and they graciously worked to have all components of the Trust, POA's, Living Wills, ready for us to sign ahead of schedule, with hard copies the next day. Cordial, professional and reasonable. Highly reccommended.
