My wife and I, along with our four daughters, rented a home managed by her from 2022 to 2024 in Peoria. We never missed a payment, and to demonstrate our commitment, we even paid the first year upfront—$2,500 per month. Very professional and trustworthy property manager. They are always responsive to my questions and needs.
Very, very pleased with our relationship with AZ Residential. We've had Barbara and her team manage our rental property for maybe 10 years. They are always prompt, detail oriented, polite, and offer different perspectives when decisions need to be made. We never feel pressured, even when they need to remind us that our decision/approval is needed. They have excellent access to prior records and work with us when we have questions, no matter how small those questions. We highly recommend AZ Residential!
