I was quick to change real-estate agents after stumbling into an open house that Davyon was showing in 2022. His energy was very positive, he demonstrated knowledge of the area I wanted to for homes in, and he was very kind. Davyon gave my wife and me an awesome home buying experience. He was always available when we had questions. Kept us informed on what to expect and if there were any issues, he was always on top of it. We must of seen at least 20+ different houses before we found one we loved but Davyon was willing to show us even more to make sure we didn't settle. Highly recommend Davyon Duhart!

We enjoyed working with Davyon to buy a house in 2022 and thought he did a excellent job for us in a challenging market. We ended up with a house that we loved. He's warm, personable and very communicative. Would work with him again.
Davyon made this such a great experience, my husband and I did not know what we could afford a new build and Davyon made it possible and even negotiated on plenty of incentives! He definitely went above and beyond and we are forever grateful. I recommend him a million times over because he will work hard to get you what you want, need and deserve. Also the way he surprised us with a nice celebration on closing, videos, pictures and gifts were so thoughtful.
