Very helpful at diagnosing my problem, had a battery issue that I thought was the key. Taught me how to do the emergency start too, quick service and fast responses to phone calls.
Bruce is a life saver! I lost the only key I had to my 2005 Volvo S40. Volvo wanted over $700...and I saved a few hundred dollars using Apex. He communicated well and arrived in a timely manner. He even schooled me on how the process works too. Thanks for the great service Bruce!
I was referred to Bruce by my mechanic after my car would not start. My key fob had stopped working. I replaced the battery, and then replaced it with another battery purchased that morning and it still would not work. Bruce was communicative, prompt, and friendly. Fixed the key fob in about 2 minutes and I was good to go! I spent more time researching what could be wrong than it took for the actual fix.
Apex programmed a key for my 2020 ProMaster 2500. The last company was not successful programming a new key. Apex programmed it with out any problems. They were fast and efficient. Even more importantly there was an issue with the key many months later and he came out right away and programmed a new key at no charge as it was under warranty
