I hired Shawn and AZ Pool Concepts to demo and remove a permanent grill and fire pit to create more space, replace travertine that had been eroded by my salt pool with pearlescent limestone. Shawn and his team did an excellent job. His communication, integrity and customer service are all top notch, along with customer satisfaction in the project When I was looking to hire someone these are the attributes I was looking for. I highly recommend AZ Pool Concepts.

Shawn is simply amazing. I had my pool resurfaced with the “pebble tech” material and it was done to perfection! This includes my deck which was also redone. Kudos to Shawn and his team for an excellent job!

Great service!! Shawn came and gave us an estimate and the next week completely remodeled our pool!! He was so detail oriented and everyday of the process everything was picked up. They went above and beyond to make sure everything looked it's best. Highly recommend!

Shawn responded to my email inquiry the next morning, and came out that day to bid on our Travertine Patio and walkway job. His pricing was very fair, and actually got the whole job done in three days!! We went on vacation the day the crew started, and came home to a perfect install, clean-up, and could not be happier!

Honest, reliable, offers competitive pricing and their finished product is absolutely beautiful. Support local and small businees, don't pay the overhead for the big companies. Typically same week appointments and most jobs completed in about 2 weeks. Does not falsely advertise, is licensed, bonded and insured and most of all rakes pride in his work! Offers his honest opinion and doesn't up charge.
