Very organized appointment goes quickly
I really like Dr. Smith and this doesn’t reflect his care but I was one minute late today (9:46 )for my 9:45 appointment but because I was requested to arrive early for paperwork at 9:30 and didn’t ,they claimed I now needed to reschedule and Tori could not see me. There were no others in the waiting room and I’m not a new patient or anything like that. I told the desk person to forget it and will look for another doctor.
This is my 94th visited to AZ pain clinic everyone is so friendly and caring. I truly love the staff and Dr. Dallas Smith is the greatest pain doctor I have ever had, He takes the time to explain your options and to me he goes beyond to explain your pain needs and options. I recommend Az pain clinic to everyone if you are seeking a good pain management doctor and the staff is awesome and very helpful.
I was greeted with a very nice receptionist who was friendly and joked with me, she made me feel comfortable. The staff was prompt and smooth with their duty. Very nice and didn’t try to make me feel awkward or rushed. My Doctor was patient and sat quietly while I told her of my condition. She was eager to help me, she snowed me how a true Doctor would be.
