I have been coming to AZ Pain Doctors since 2023. I have injections every 3 months and back procedures done every 6 months by Dr Smith. They are VERY strict when it comes to being on time for your check in. Forget being on time for your appointment. If you are a new patient, come 45 minutes early to fill out a BOOK size pamphlet of information about your medical history. In pain? Then look no farther then the Goodyear office, Dr. Dallas Smith! He’s the best in all of Arizona! I have been going to Dr Smith for quite sometime For my treatment and he is fantastic! He is caring, compassionate and understanding and has helped me so much just to be able to enjoy life. The entire staff is great and you won’t be disappointed.
