What a disappointment! My husband, as instructed arrived 15 minutes early for his scheduled appointment. It took a lot for my him to get there due to his pain. Upon his arrival he was turned away. He was told he needed to arrive 45 minutes prior to his scheduled appointment. However, today, he received a reminder text of his scheduled time with no mention of being there 45 minutes early. The providers and support staff far exceed my expectations. The clinic and its team emphasize the actual quality of life/ patient advocacy, which is refreshing. The clinic's operations serve as a world-class model for tier one client relations.
I have been coming to AZ Pain Doctors since 2023. I have injections every 3 months and back procedures done every 6 months by Dr Smith. They are VERY strict when it comes to being on time for your check in. Forget being on time for your appointment. If you are a new patient, come 45 minutes early to fill out a BOOK size pamphlet of information about your medical history.
