Most unprofessional dr office. They mixed up patients, canceled my appointment without me knowing and gave ne someone else's paperwork/ medical info. Straight hippa violation. Don't schedule with this office you will be sorry
Dr Smith is on top of things. Listens & if kind & explains things clearly. Then always asks if U have any questions! He's been carrying for me for years & now my Son. Thank U ☺️
I am giving 5 stars because this pain management doctor, Dr. Dallas Smith, gave me my life back. It's been over 15 yrs of not being able to feel my feet. My right foot felt like a knife was being stabbed in my heel with every step. I had the sacral fusion done on Aug. 23, 2024 and that night I felt my toes and foot.
