Suffered a severe accident that included spine injuries and a TBI. I met Dr Smith only on my 1st visit, the offices would only schedule me w/ pa/np. Outside of Dr Smith, the admin office, the managers absolutely awful. I witnessed them not properly sanitizing the room after I left & brought a patient. The female Office Manager is very toxic and the most of the team here follows the example she leads. I was treated very rudely, which I asked her why she is being so mean. Her response was "I am the office manager did you say I am mean?" This was my 2nd visit here and the 1st visit speaking with the administrative staff at the front desk on my 1st appt was in the same manner. This review is pre procedure. Ill post another one post procedure. First off five stares are just not enough. I was amazed at how caring and efficient the office assistants were. From my firs visit I felt the intake process was so easy. Dr. Smith was extremely professional and made me feel like he sincerely had my best outcome in mind. He listened attentively and developed a treatment plan. He answered my questions and be careful his smile is contagious. When to this office with a referral from primary dr and met once and they were to schedule a procedure. Never heard back and called many tomes and talked to a person each time and never got a reason what was going on and was told someone would call and after several calls no responses. Everybody don't have transportation like that and rush hour is crazy as well. I showed up at 4:00 my appointment's at 4:15 and got denied. This is unbelievable. Talk about 17 pages. I'm already familiar with the pages so it wasn't going to take me too long and I got tonight my appointment being there on time I got another kid where the transplant issue. I have to make sure his appointment was good so I had two in one day. I don't never get to take care of myself and get an opportunity and the front lady at the desk denied me
