This review is pre procedure. Ill post another one post procedure. First off five stares are just not enough. I was amazed at how caring and efficient the office assistants were. From my firs visit I felt the intake process was so easy. Dr. Smith was extremely professional and made me feel like he sincerely had my best outcome in mind. When to this office with a referral from primary dr and met once and they were to schedule a procedure. Never heard back and called many tomes and talked to a person each time and never got a reason what was going on and was told someone would call and after several calls no responses. Worst office i have ever dealt with and cannot recommend! Update- finally they called back 7 months later and ask if i want to come in to options. I said why so long for a call? Everybody don't have transportation like that and rush hour is crazy as well. I showed up at 4:00 my appointment's at 4:15 and got denied. This is unbelievable. Talk about 17 pages. I'm already familiar with the pages so it wasn't going to take me too long and I got tonight my appointment being there on time I got another kid where the transplant issue. I have to make sure his appointment was good so I had two in one day. I don't never get to take care of myself and get an opportunity and the front lady at the desk denied me
They cancelled my epidural because the pre-authorization had not come back. Insurance company advised that AZ Pain Doctors did not respond to a request for more complete information. My back really hurts and I’m back to square one.
My provider, Tori is very thoughtful and thorough with every question I had. Put me on the right track to address all of my concerns. She is an asset to your practice. Thank you Tori, I know how much you care about me and my issues! You are the best!!!
