Mark Glade should have his license revoked. He no showed and delayed to the point we had to change our closing date causing the sale to almost fall through. He was at our property for less than an hour and charged $4k!! Appraisal was worthless. He obviously had no understanding of the 2 adjacent properties--one of the properties was way over valued (only a primitive cabin) and the other was under appraised but total met the sales price to the dollar.
