it was great he came out to fix my blower motor but he is costing my more money. they caused the blower cage to be out of balance and make lots of noise and when i called him back after i came home and heard how loud it was; he was more concern about cleaning the coils then the noise. i will not be telling anyone about this guy. doesn't have a current roc and is not listed with the bbb as stated in his ad in west valley view
Great people timely clean and don't give you the run around.
I called on a Sunday to get my AC unit cleaned on Monday. Mr. Johnson said he had time so he came out Sunday afternoon (no extra charge). My unit had not been cleaned in some time so it took a lot of work to clean it. He did an excellent job and even talked and listened to my grandaughter the whole time, explaining in detail what he was doing. He was very patient, very kind. The bill was reasonable for the amount of work that he did, especially on a Sunday afternoon. I definitely recommend AZ Mad Heating and Cooling.
