We had them put a new irrigation system, 2017 (I believe). Not once have they came by to check on it. Just now, had an issue, sprinkler system keeps running with watering our grass area. Had to use the waterman shut off to shut off the sprinkler. Called and left VM. They said they will be here today between 8a.m - 12 noon, no one showed up, no one called me back. Called and left message, no response back. Not pleased at all. Lost 3K.
