I have had nothing but great experiences at AZ vitality and wellness. Everyone on staff is personable, knowledgeable, and well educated on a variety of treatment options. They offer multiple services, and are flexible with scheduling. The location is easy to find, with ample parking.
My first sign to not use this clinic was their total lack of communication. After my initial visit to discuss peptides I reached out to order them and got no confirmation I had to call 5 times across multiple days to finally get an answer on if they were ordered or not.
