I reached out asking for available homes and they requested I pay them to see the list. They said they “don’t work for free”. I’ve never been charged for looking at available homes. I’ve only ever been charged for service once a lease is signed.

Shane has managed two properties for me for over three years. He takes all responsibility off my shoulders---keeping the places rented, dealing with tenants, dealing with maintenance issues, advising me when rents should be increased, etc. He is aggressive and knows the Arizona real estate market. Don't know what I'd do without him!!
