RecommendedThis is my 4th Mortgage Loan I have done thru AZ Home Loans. Jordan and Marcia are the BEST!!! I actually was able to close on my most recent loan in 2 weeks. Yes 2 weeks!!!! They are definitley on top of things and I trust their recommendations from the experience I have had with them previously.. RecommendedGreat experience! Greg and Shamarie went above and beyond! I have bought 2 previous homes and my loan aquisition experience with those was not great. I shopped for a loan and azhomeloans is the best! Everything was honest, upfront and explained to me. They spent time and were quick to answer my questions. They also helped me through the stress of a home purchase. They actually cared about my home purchase and me. It was nice to be treated like you matter!!!!!!
Seller beware! A “Fully Underwritten” pre-qualification letter is NOT fully underwritten. We just had a buyer back out of a contract because they had a foreclosure on their record, couldn’t qualify for their loan program, and couldn’t come up with the deposit. All this happened with a fully underwritten offer with “ROCK SOLID” according to AZ Home Loans! If you get an offer on your home and AZ Home Loans is the lender, at a minimum make sure the earnest money is hard and not refundable if financing falls through!
RecommendedJordan made our first time home buying process very easy on us. Being that we were first time homebuyers we had no idea what to expect before we worked with AZ Home loans we were working with another lender we felt very out of the loop had no idea what was going on. We brought our loan to Jordan with three weeks left to close and he promised that he could close us not only did he close us on time but he also saved us thousands of dollars in closing costs and got us a whole point lower.
