While the home was fine for the family, we ended up paying for some additional amenities such as a heated pool which did not come to fruition. 1) During the stay, the back and forth with the property manager was an absolute mess. They asked us to move houses since they couldn't fix certain things only to tell us not to move, didn't have a high chair as we were assured would be there, and we spent a large part of the vacation on the phone dealing with logistics. We originally booked a house with AZ Holiday Homes for a week long trip to Phoenix through VRBO. The owners of the house moved it to a different property management company and we were not notified - I looked on my VRBO account one day and noticed the listing was taken down but the booking was still active (first red flag). So we cancelled our booking WELL before the cut off date. Took several days for Matt to respond to our cancellation request, so we finally had to call VRBO to help us get it moving.
