I didn't ultimately proceed with AZ Hardwood Flooring's services, but I must commend them for their exceptional customer service and integrity. After sending them a video of my kitchen floor, they promptly reached out to me to explain why restoration wasn't feasible. Despite being unable to assist me directly, they generously provided valuable advice regarding potential alternatives, such as replacing the flooring or considering LVP options. Their honesty and willingness to offer guidance truly stood out to me.
We had a very positive experience with AZ Hardwood Floor Services. I did a ton of research before hiring them and the effort paid off. The context of our situation was that another contractor had royally screwed up our floors and we needed to re-sand and re-finish the hardwood. There are very few ways to make an entire house unlivable and a bad contractor using cheap products on the floors is one of them. Moises and his team were superb! They were responsive in setting up an appointment. They were flexible in scheduling and redid my floor on Saturday and Sunday! I used AZ Hardwood 5 years ago and am very happy that I used them again this past weekend! I highly recommend their services!

Moises and his brother did a fantastic restoring our 90 year old home's original flooring. The floor had been messed up a few years ago by a handy man, but the AZ floor team saved it! They also did some custom transitions and painted our staircase. the place looks fantastic and we're very satisfied.
