DONT USE THEM. After the initial installation of new springs my cable on one side came off the rollers a few weeks later. They came out and fixed it. Soon after I got a strange sharp loud noise when I raised and lowered the door. He came out and said I needed an opener to make it go away. A few weeks later my door came halfway down and went askew then stopped. I called and he said its likely the opener but asked for a Pic. Came out the next morning and repaired our garage door. Saved us from having to replace the entire thing. Not sure how fair pricing was as we didn’t want to deal with calling around for quotes. He worked super fast and got it working for a fraction of the cost of replacing! We were hesitant on not finding a website for them, but would recommend and very happy with how quickly they got our garage back up and working.
