09/30/25☹️ Heard their ad on the radio with great "hook phrases". Called for a price (3' x 5' with shipment to Kingman). A female answered the phone & stated, "We don't give prices over the phone. We have 5 different types." ❌CSR's should say what they CAN do. It seems lately they only say what they can NOT do. ❌The ad hooks (quality, convenience, price & location) were obliterated by her response. George is a good man and very knowledgeable about his profession.
The guy will talk you into the most expensive flags he has saying they're the best over anyone. Well guess what? 3-4 times out on my Pontoon, not a speed boat, and the thing shreaded. He will not stand behind his products eventhough he'll give you a great sales pitch. Bought a few flags from him but no more. Respect he's a Vet and love to support local business here in Havasu, but not a good businees person. Never again and I will tell my friends also to stay away.
I would not give him any business I'm when I called him on the phone he was very rude and acted like he had the best flags in the world but his attitude was terrible
